Police arrest the Easter Bunny

Police called out to challenge a "striking looking" prowler were shocked to discover that the culprit was the Easter Bunny.

The six feet rubber statue scared residents after it was left outside a house in Duisburg, Germany, by pranksters.
Concerned they were being targeted by a stalker, a couple rang police to ask them to investigate.
"The couple said they felt harassed by a 'stalker' standing directly in front of their window," said a police spokesman.
Emergency service operators even took down a detailed description of the suspect before dispatching two police cars to the scene.
"About 1.80 metres tall, yellow shirt, blue check trousers, green rucksack and a 'striking' face," says the official log of the call.
"We took him into custody but he hasn't said much yet. It was a pretty good joke and we're waiting for his owners to come and get him," said one officer.
