North Korea Uses Mortar Firing Squad to Execute Officer

Just when we thought we were done with North Korea’s bizarre moves, the country’s new leader, Kim Jong-un, executed a military officer under a mortar firing squad.
It was reported that the new leader wants “no trace of him behind, down to his hair.”

The officer’s only fault was that he was drunk during the mourning period for Kim Jong-un’s father and previous North Korean leader, King Jong-il.
While North Korea has found creative ways to execute a man (e.g., killing a man with 90 bullets so that the body was torn apart) shelling him with mortar is way over the top.
However, there are some people who doubt the credibility of the story due to so many unreliable stories that have been fabricated about the country over the years.
What do you think?
